Nails Inc Mirror Metallic Stratford

Today I'm wearing the other mirror metallic polish that I bought at Sephora. This is Stratford, a pink/gold/green multi chrome. I noticed that this dries to a much more chrome-y finish than Cheyne Walk, this makes it more prone to brush strokes.

To be honest, I didn't like this in the bottle, it looked a little boring. It was a less flashy and looked too frosty. I only bought it because I had a gift card burning a hole in my pocket. I was SO wrong! This is just as, if not more, multi chrome as Cheyne Walk and I own nothing else with this particular color shift. It was impossible to photograph, I'm sorry

Nails Inc Mirror Metallic Cheyne Walk (pic heavy)

I just picked up 2 of the Nails Inc Mirror Metallic polishes at Sephora last night. This is Cheyne Walk, it's a purple/gold/olive multi chrome with a pearly metallic finish. I'm wearing three coats and no top coat in the pictures. I found the formula to be very easy to work with, thin but not runny and opacity was easy to achieve. I think it looks good with out topcoat, but if you wanted it even shinier I imagine that one coat of SV would do the trick.

There are LOTS of pictures today because I just could not photograph the multi chrome effect accurately. As you can see it varies between brilliant purple to shimmery olive depending on the angle and light. This polish is very pretty and I'm glad I brought it home

RBL Scrangie

Scrangie is my very favorite nail blogger, her swatches are responsible for at least half of my polish purchases. When I found out she had her own polish I knew that I had to have it, regardless of what it looked like. It turned out that scrangie was a gorgeous multi chrome purple, I love it. Here is two coats with SV.

Nubar Purple Beach

I'm taking a break from my usual glitterfest for the multi chrome deliciousness that is purple beach. I loved the nubar formula, opaque in two perfect coats, dries quickly, no shrinkage with SV. This polish made me love all things nubar, and I plan to get more as soon as the budget allows!

Nailventurous Humble Bee

In the mad dash that was the NVL restock the only polish I was able to snag was humble bee. I got it in the mail today and threw it over yesterday's mani. Humble bee dries matte with a very interesting texture, it's perfect for layering but would probably take some work to get to opacity. This is one coat of Humble Bed over nails topshop hidden treasure, no topcoat.

Nails Topshop Hidden Treasure

Today I've got something special! I was recently given the most fabulous gift as a part of a secret bunny swap on a nail board that I'm a member of. One of the polishes that I received in this exchange was Nails Topshop hidden treasure (HT). HT is a Chanel peridot dupe and it is absolutely stunning!!! It's literally three different colors at the sane time! I've never worn a polish with such a string multi chrome effect and have spent the entire day staring at my nails! This is three thin coats and one coat SV. The formula was very nice, easy to work with, the brush was great, and I didn't have any problems with streaking.
